Collaborate and Design
If you decide we’re a good fit, then the fun begins. Once we settle on a Design Fee (this varies depending on trip complexity – I’ll share this with you on our call together), I’ll begin our signature design process; I’ll reach out to my trusted partners and contacts and tap into my own knowledge and experience to design a trip to your unique specifications. Once we’ve presented you with our itinerary proposal and you’ve seen the options I’ve provided, you’ll share your feedback with me and I’ll make the adjustments until it’s perfect! We’ll work together to design an escape uniquely inspired by you.

Personalized Itinerary
With your final itinerary in place, you can relax and leave the rest to me. I’ll get to work reserving all the components of your trip. Depending on the level of service you desire, that may include property stays, transfers, tours and event ticketing. I’ll elevate your experience with any “extras” you may need, such as restaurant reservations, museum tickets, special excursions, and more. You’ll receive your finalized itinerary via a mobile-friendly app for easy access on the go. And I’m always available to answer any questions that you may have along the way. Why do you charge a Design Fee for Planning a Vacation?
My Travel Design Fee covers the research, itinerary design, travel booking and management, and the support I offer while you travel. My fee allows me to work with a select number of clients at any one time. That way, I can provide high-touch service while diving deeply into researching the best itineraries for my clients, curating exceptional and exclusive travel experiences, and providing concierge-level support before, during and after their travels. My services are also available on an annual subscription basis where I work on-call, uniquely for you. Please inquire if interested.

What do you mean by “Luxury” Travel?
I brand myself as a Luxury Travel company, but I understand “luxury” means different things to different travelers. It’s not necessarily about cost or “fancy” hotels – it’s about creating a sense of total ease for your trip. That includes considering convenience, level of support, the ease of navigating a certain destination during a difficult travel environment and having a travel expert who can guide you and troubleshoot issues on your behalf. Of course, we can add as many traditional elements of luxury travel (like private drivers, spa experiences and 4-5 star hotels) to your itinerary as you wish.
